		<description>In my case I got rear ended by a cab driver. He got some slight damage to his Taxi. I got the frame of my car, trunk and fender bent. Insurance wants to total it. The car runs reliably and had some excellent mechanical work done to it a few months ago. However in all this I am getting the short end of the stick on this as a result of this accident. He gets to drive his car, I have to get rid of my car and possibly replace it with something potentially unreliable. Kinda hard for me to forgive this accident since it was in every way clear it was the cabs fault (police were already there and witnessed it along with 5 witnesses including the cabs passenger). So yea I may lose my car for something else rather than getting my car fixed and back the way it was, he keeps his and his job and I am screwed over because of someone Else&#039;s incompetence. Tell me how I am supposed to forgive that one?</description>
